Is online Bingo Boring?

The short answer, if given the vote would probably be yes. Imagine yourself all alone in the living room watching endless balls being called out, you would quickly revert to some form of unassisted suicide.

Now that Bingo has been summoned to the top of the online gaming pleasure rankings it can be seen to be a little more exciting that one would expect. This has obviously got more to do with the chat rooms and the other people playing, rather than that of the sounds that bellow out each time a bingo ball bumber is called out. Facebook would be most definately be just as boring if there were only one person on it.

The friendly banter that is available at all these bingo rooms is not because of the chose bingo site you are playing but because of the people that play at them. They have a somewhat extrovert persoanlity that shows they are there to have fun and hence all the chat whether they are losing cash down the drain or winning lines, corners or full houses.

It could be very easily put in a class of "social outgoingness". The players are not going anywhere, but it is something to, somewhere you can get something off your chest and chat to other faceless players that are there for the same reasons - boredom. The people are bored with nothing to do anymore. Going out these days can be so expensive, even a cinema trip will cost you a fair old bit of your cash.

Staying in is the new going out at present, it is inexpensive, fun and you can even meet new friends without actually meeting them. Bingo seems a much more sociable game than what poker or can be and with 70% of bingo players apparently women it is understandable that there is more chatter at the sites than actual gambling.
